We know that for many people working in veterinary practice, discussing the cost of care can be tricky. It can be hard to convey the value provided by the care delivered, especially when family budgets are squeezed and our own healthcare is free at the point of use. But when it’s not done well, there is a negative impact on everyone – patients, clients and practice.


Through this course, you will learn practical skills to help you have conversations about services and fees confidently. 


Suitable for everybody working in practice, this workshop can either delivered at your practice or during one of our open ticket Zoom workshops (you will need a device with good sound, camera and a mic).
