In-Person Training Days

Onswitch are happy to offer in person training at your practice exclusively for your team.

In-Person Training

Why choose Onswitch for your team’s training?

The training we offer is highly interactive and practical, with content tailored to meet the needs of the whole team. You’ll leave each session having learned new skills and ways of working that will make your job easier, and the service you give to your clients better, on day one.

How do Onswitch’s in-person training days work?

Booking a day of training with Onswitch couldn’t be easier – we come to you and deliver two workshops with your chosen content. The day can either be made up of one course delivered in two sessions, or two workshops with different content morning and afternoon. Having training courses delivered in the practice means that everyone can attend, there are no travel costs and expenses and the normal running of the practice can continue.
• We provide a trainer and all materials required
• The day is split into two, with a workshop morning and afternoon. We start at ten and finish at four, with a break for lunch
• Workshops are held with a maximum of 10 delegates
• Course content is always based on evidence and research
• You provide a designated training space (away from clients, phones and computers)
• Workshop delivery is flexible, depending on internet speed / available technology in your practice. We love flip charts just as much as PowerPoint!
