Price displayed is for three months of the Onswitch Index mystery shopping. 

This involves making 4 general enquiry phone calls to your team to measure the customer experience per month. If we don’t get through on the first try, we keep trying up to 4 times to ensure you have the feedback. Each month, we will take a week to gererate your report and share the report of our findings along with the call recordings to you, on or before the 10th of the month.

Following the purchase of this product the Onswitch team will be in touch to get approval to record the calls via our sign-off form.

There is the option to continue on a monthly basis for £130+vat.
