What is meeting performance review?

When you have to share lots of knowledge and information in a short session or a lunch-and-learn, you haven’t got long to get everyone’s attention and get your message across. With our meeting performance review you can practise in a safe environment, in front of Onswitch team members who will give you structured and fair feedback. We all have relevant experience as vets, nurses, customer care associates, pet owners and managers, so presenting to us is as close as you can get to the real thing.

How does it work?

We can join you in your meeting space (will incur travel expenses) or hold the meeting performance review virtually over Zoom. In the latter case we’ll film the session so you can watch back at your leisure and tweak your delivery or change the content as required.

We’ll give you specific and structured feedback that will help you focus and reflect on what went well. Where appropriate we’ll make suggestions and recommendations as to what you can do differently next time, with your real clients and decision makers.

What do I get?

Following your meeting performance review you will receive:

A recording of your session, for reflection
Written feedback from each attendee
Additional feedback via video file from a senior Onswitch team member who will review your recording after the live session
