What is a monthly support plan?
Managing your own business can be challenging and time consuming, especially if you also have clinical responsibilities. Whether you’re new to leadership, or have run your own business for years, there’s great value in having an impartial third party look over your processes and review performance. It’s easy to do things as you’ve always done them, when a review of your practice data may well highlight the need for different ways of working.
Onswitch’s monthly support plan gives you an experienced business buddy you can trust, who’s always on hand to give you honest and unbiased advice.
How does it work?
When you sign up for a monthly support plan, you’ll be allocated one of the Onswitch team as your main contact. This consistency allows you to build a strong working relationship together, so you’ll always know that our advice and recommendations are based genuinely on what’s best for your team and your business.
Each month we’ll meet with you via Zoom, for a fully minuted, board-style consultancy meeting. You can set the agenda when you have specific issues to address, or we can agree a programme of priorities to work through over time. The monthly support plan process is designed to be fully flexible – you decide how you want it to work.
