It can be hard to convey the value provided by the care delivered, especially when family budgets are squeezed and our own healthcare is free at the point of use. But when it’s not done well, there is a negative impact on everyone – patients, clients and practice.
Through this course, you will learn practical skills to help you have conversations about services and fees confidently.
