How does it work?
We make four calls to your practice, scored and reported against standard key parameters from the Onswitch Index programme. You’ll receive recordings of these, to use for training with your team.
We also make four calls to each of three local competitors, scored and reported as above but not recorded. You can choose which competitors we call, or let us select them.
Then we collect price information from your competitors for a range of common procedures and services including vaccinations and neutering.
