Understand how your practice’s telephone customer experience and pricing compare with your competitors.

We benchmark prices in your area and rate telephone customer care against Key Performance Indicators, for you and three local competitors over three weeks. We make four calls to each practice and you’ll receive recordings of yours.

What is competitor analysis?

If you’re keen to hear how clients experience your practice over the phone, and crucially, see how it compares to your key competitors, Onswitch’s competitor analysis report is just what you need.

Many pet and horse owners choose their practice based on the experience they have when they make that crucial first phone contact, and they will often try out more than one practice. That means it’s crucial that you compare favourably to others in your area.

How does it work?

We make four calls to your practice, scored and reported against standard key parameters from the Onswitch Index programme. You’ll receive recordings of these, to use for training with your team.

We also make four calls to each of three local competitors, scored and reported as above but not recorded. You can choose which competitors we call, or let us select them.

Then we collect price information from your competitors for a range of common procedures and services including vaccinations and neutering.

What do I get?
